What do you call plagiarism of pictures?

Is it just plain stealing???

Hewlett Packard’s ads look suspiciously similar to the cover art on our favorite over-achiever’s latest novel (even though we like his wife better). Anyone know if it’s the same artist? If it's not the same guy, we've got a serious case of copycat. Scandalous!
